The 63rd J.C. Gorman Invitational will be run by Wrestle One Tournaments on USA Bracketing. Head coaches will need to add the JC Gorman Invitational to their event schedule in the weight management system at USA Bracketing. Deadline for entries will be Wednesday, December 31st. Brackets will be completed and released at the conclusion of weigh-ins.

Tournament Schedule:
Friday, January 2rd Weigh-ins begin at 1:00PM
Wrestling begins at 3:00 PM
Preliminary rounds 1, 2, and quarter-finals
Consolation round 1, 2, and 3
(Weigh-outs Friday, January 3rd at 145 of Quarter-finals)
Saturday, January 3rd, weigh-ins begin 8:00 am/skin check at 9:00
Wrestling begins at 10:00 am
Cons. 4., Champ. Semi-finals/Cons. 5, Con. Semi-finals/7th-8th place
Wrestlers to be dressed and ready for finals/program to start at 2:00pm

Seeding Criteria
63rd JC Gorman Wrestling Tournament
- The top 8 wrestlers in each weight class as determined by criteria or winning % will be seeded. Seeded wrestlers will be placed on predetermined lines on a 32-man bracket. All other wrestlers and byes will be placed randomly by computer.
- If you wish a wrestler NOT to be considered for a seed send in wrestler with a 0-0 record and/or no criteria. Any wrestler with a winning record and exceeding the minimum number of matches can be considered for a seed. Any wrestler seeded by criteria or winning % cannot be declined.
- Any wrestler not able to wrestle due to illness or injury may be replaced with another wrestler not already in the line up. Any wrestler unable to wrestle that is not replaced will become a bye. Any wrestler not making weight will become a bye.Wrestlers cannot be moved to a different weight class for any reason. Brackets will not be drawn until weigh-ins have concluded.
- There will be NO challenges based on head to head meetings; seeding will be criteria and/or winning % ONLY.
- Submit criteria met from the 2023-2024 wrestling season ONLY and current record. No other information should be submitted.
